Increased effect of warfarin, lithium, methotrexate, digoxin, cyclosporin, aspirin. Effect may be reduced with aspirin. Reduced effect of some diuretics and ?-blockers. Alcohol enhances gastric mucosal irritation.Pregnancy Category Note
