Tiemonium Methylsulfate) is a synthetic anticholinergic-antispasmodic drug. Tiemonium are quaternary ammonium antimuscarinic agent with peripheral effect similar to those of atropine. Tiemonium strengthens calcium bonding with phospho lipids and proteins thus stabilizing the cell membrane of the GI tract.

Oral Adult Tablet: The usual dosages are 2 to 6 tablets (100-300 mg) daily in divided doses as required. Parenteral Injection: 1 ampoule by slow IV/IM injection 3 times daily.
